Please note that once the products leave the company premises, they are no longer a property of Ariella Cosmetics, and Ariella Cosmetics will not be held accountable for any damages or loss.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and this will be done if proven that the company is responsible for the damage or the products being defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
